Delivery and pick up for any address in the Adelaide region is included in the price EXTRA delivery fee may apply if the delivery address is more than 20 km radius from Adelaide city WE value the thoughts and requirements from customers and aim to provide quality customer service to meet everyone’s needs.

In particular safety is our number one concern, in that we have $20 million public liability insurance.

If the booking isn’t confirmed by the customer 24hrs before the event we may automatically cancel the booking.

Event site access:

Must have at least 900cm wide entrance access and reasonable distance from the street and footpath if front lawn event. For backyard parties and “Other” event locations, the same safe reasonable access and set up areas principles apply The castle/s will only be erected on a level area (i.e. pref grass lawns) which is at least size mentioned in our quote and when height taken into account and needs to be completely clear of trees, clotheslines, pergolas and power/phone lines If customer asks our staff to bring the jumping castles from inside the house because there is not enough access through the side gate or front gate then if any damage occurs like scratch on the wall or floor then we won’t cover that because it’s customer must provide atleast 900 cm access so customer will take that responsibility if any damage occur because of insufficient space

Customer must give us atleast 24 hours notice prior to event if they want to cancel(bad weather ) or postpone the booking to avoid cancelation fee

For parks we need 1 hour time frame at time of delivery and 1 hour at pick up time If there is no electricity in park or comunity halls etc then customer must book generator with us when booking the jumping castle which will be extra $100 for generator hire
